Does the app require an internet connection?

No. The Word Daily is 100% offline. All 995 verses and 12 Bible translations are included in the app.

How do I add a widget to my home screen?

Long-press on your home screen, tap the + button in the top left, search for "The Word Daily," then choose a widget size and tap "Add Widget."

Can I change the Bible version?

Yes. Use the version picker at the top of the Today screen, or go to Settings to show, hide, and reorder versions.

How do I change the language?

Go to Settings and tap the language you want. The app supports English, Spanish, Chinese, French, Korean, Portuguese, Greek, and Tagalog.

How do I set up daily notifications?

Go to Settings, enable "Daily Reminder," and choose your preferred time. The notification will include the day's verse.

Is there a subscription?

No. The Word Daily is a one-time purchase of $1.99. All features are included. No subscription, no in-app purchases, no ads.

Does the app collect my data?

Is the app available on Android?

The Word Daily is currently available for iPhone only (iOS 17+).
